Audio Conference for Small Church Pastors (FREE)
"Developing Leaders in Small Churches," a FREE audio conference (by telephone) will be held Tuesday, Sept. 21 at 11:30 am. In this conference Dr. Terry Dorsett will give practical tools and strategies for training leaders in small or bi-vocational churches. Dorsett serves as a church planting missionary with the North American Mission Boards (NAMB). Questions covered are:
- Should our church have a full-time pastor?
- How do I overcome the feeling that I must do it all by myself?
- What 3 principles will help a bi-vocational pastor avoid burn out?
- What 3 types of visitation can lay leaders do effectively?
